Tingkatkan Layanan, PT. Hayati Gelar Kontes Layanan Honda

PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri selaku Main Dealer Sepeda Motor Honda wilayah Sumbar  kembali menunjukan komitmennya untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada konsumen sepeda motor Honda dengan menggelar Kontes Layanan Honda Regional Sumatera Barat, Senin (09/04).

Bertempat di Hayati Training Center,  sebanyak 15 orang Front Line People Honda yang terdiri dari Sales Counter,  Salesman dan Koordinator Sales dari perwakilan Dealer di bawah jaringan PT.Hayati berkompetisi menunjukan layanan terbaiknya. Sebelumnya para peserta ini terlebih dahulu sudah diuji melalui seleksi tes online.

Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) Manager PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, Aji Seta mengatakan kontes ini merupakan bentuk komitmen kami dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada konsumen setia Honda serta menyiapkan tenaga penjual yang siap melayani dan menggali kebutuhan konsumen. “Kami berupaya terus meningkatkan kemampuan pelayanan para garda terdepan Honda yang berinteraksi dengan konsumen, salah satunya melalui penyelenggaraan kontes Layanan Honda ini. Harapannya, konsumen kami mendapatkan pengalaman berinteraksi yang tak terlupakan dan melebihi ekspektasinya di seluruh jaringan Honda.”

Setelah melalui serangkaian tes, wawancara dan role play , maka pada kontes kali ini terpilih sebagai juara pertama Amelia Mandasari, Sales Counter dari Dealer Saudara Motor Solok,peringkat kedua Windu Mutia Rusdi dari Cempaka Motor Kotobaru dan peringkat ketiga Dirja M.Iqbal dari Dealer Hayati Pemuda. Pada kontes kali ini Amelia Mandasari berhak mewakili Main Dealer Hayati melaju ke Kontes Layanan Honda tingkat Nasional di Jakarta yang akan dilaksanakan pada Agustus tahun ini.
